Each church must bring at least 1 scorekeeper per 1-5 quizzers. Note: if your church fails to bring the required number of scorekeepers, your registration fee will be doubled ($6/person if on time).

1-5 Quizzers at least 1 Scorekeeper

11-15 Quizzers at least 3 Scorekeepers

first and last names of red level quizzers
first and last names of blue level quizzers
first and last names of coaches
first and last names of red level scorekeepers (adults/teens over 16)
first and last names of blue level scorekeepers (adults/teens over 16)
first and last names of scorekeepers willing to score either red or blue level (adults/teens over 16)
# of other spectators (don't forget the $0.50 spectator fee)

1-5 Quizzers	at least 1 Scorekeeper
6-10 Quizzers	at least 2 Scorekeepers
11-15 Quizzers	at least 3 Scorekeepers
